Harrison Lyseth Elementary School

The Harrison Lyseth Elementary School supports over 500 students in grades Pre-K to 5. The building was constructed in the 1950s. The Lyseth School is undergoing a $13 million renovation. The scope of work for the Lyseth project includes adding space for the school’s gifted and talented, English language learner, speech, library, art and music programs, along with a new gym, cafeteria, and stage.
BPA is providing building envelope commissioning services that include design and construction document reviews, preparation of building envelope commissioning specifications, and periodic construction progress reviews.
