Project Summary
Site Construction has started on the new high school in Bath, Maine. Currently 620 students are enrolled in Morse High School and Bath Regional Career and Technical Center. These students will share the new three story, 186,000 square feet structure. The $75.3 million dollar building will be completed by August 2020 in time for the new school year.
BPA is providing building envelope commissioning services that included design and construction document reviews, preparation of building envelope commissioning specifications, and periodic construction progress reviews.
